Indpro is a future-ready technology company with over 21 years of global experience delivering smart, scalable solutions. We're building a team of 2035-ready professionals — adaptable, self-driven, and eager to work across varied technologies and global challenges. As we scale, we're looking for senior engineers who can set technical direction, mentor junior talent, and grow into engineering leadership.
This is a leadership track, not a title bump. You'll still write and own code — but you'll also lead design reviews, coach engineers, and make the trade-off calls. It's built for someone ready to grow into a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager role.
Shipping production systems is the primary focus — backed by technical decision-making, mentorship, and client-facing ownership that turn good engineers into engineering leaders.
Skills you'll bring
Deep proficiency across a modern stack, the platform skills to run it in production, and fluency with AI-assisted development.

AI-augmented development
We hire on evidence. You should be able to point to systems you've architected, engineers you've grown, and production incidents you've owned — not just tickets you've closed.
Influence matters more than title. We look for people who mentor engineers, lead design discussions, and shape technical direction without needing formal authority — plus the communication skills to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
Experience with agentic AI tools, prompt engineering, or building AI-powered product features.
Familiarity with agile practices, version control workflows, and tools like Jira or Linear.
Experience working with distributed teams and clients across time zones.
Interest in eventually owning P&L, hiring, or roadmap decisions as part of an engineering leadership role.
The leadership part isn't a future promise — it starts on day one. These are the signals we look for.
An AI-empowered engineering environment, 20+ years of global delivery behind you, a defined path to Tech Lead or Engineering Manager, and a flat hierarchy that gives you real influence over technical direction, hiring, and product decisions.
